Reborn Dolls by Samantha : Delivery and Returns
Placing of an order and acceptance of that order constitutes a contract of sale under the terms of the seller and English law.
UK delivery charges can be found below, for all other countries please ask us directly at email@example.com . All packages are recorded and fully insured. We no longer ship to Southern Ireland.
Deliveries are always by ParcelForce 48 (48 hour delivery) and fully insured. When placing orders through the website you will be provided with a tracking number when your item is ready to be delivered.
Loss or Damage in Transit: We check all goods for quality and condition before they are dispatched. In the unlikely event any part of your order is received missing or in a damaged condition contact us immediately on receipt of your order, and at least within 3 days by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Claims received after 3 days of receipt can not be accepted. You must retain all damaged items and packing should the carrier need to carry out an inspection. If the goods and packaging are not available for inspection the claim will be rejected and you will be liable for the cost of the damaged goods.
We will always use the most economical shipping method compared with delivery time. Dolls are dispatched within 3 – 4 weeks (please allow a day for delivery). For bespoke dolls please speak to me directly and I will give you details on delivery times. If there are any special requirements please contact me. Please note that during busier periods delivery may be longer.
Returns & Refunds:
Pre-Orders: Deposits taken are NOT refundable or transferable.
To fully comply with Government Regulations, if you wish to return your order this must be done within 14 days of receiving the item. The item should be undamaged and unused, this includes the doll, the clothing and any accessories that are provided with the order. The order should be returned in the original protective packaging, failing to do so could result in a part refund. Please be aware that we can only refund you on a return for the cost of the doll. Postage and Packaging costs cannot be refunded.
Reborn Dolls are not recommended for children under the age of 14 years or under. Reborn Dolls are not meant as play items and unfortunately I cannot be responsible for damages. All items are hand made and it is the owners responsibility that they are handled in the correct fashion. Repairs can be arranged depending upon the damage, however postage fees would be applied.

Our dolls are delicate items and not intended as play dolls for younger children. We are aware that accidents can happen if the dolls are not handled correctly. For items (dolls) that have been damaged within the first 6 months of receipt please contact us, typically as long as you the owner can cover the cost of the postage we would be happy to help with repairs (depending upon the severity of the damage).
For damages after 6 months of receipt we have no legal obligation to repair, however please contact us and we help as much as we can but please be aware that there will be additional costs (for replacement materials and time).

Reborn Dolls by Samantha will never send junk email to you. You will only ever be sent emails containing order information. We will only send you additional emails if you have opted to receive and these emails will be promoting services and products offered by Reborn Dolls by Samantha. Occasionally Reborn Dolls by Samantha may send surveys to it’s customers requesting feedback on our products and services.

Your name, address, telephone number and details about your doll(s). Any information we hold on you we will try to always keep current and precise. Should you find any inaccuracies in our database please do let us know and we can amend it immediately.
